		<description>The new legislation for agency workers is an interesting topic for many at the moment. It is going to affect many in so many different ways, it could bring a lot of changes about for Contractors who run as a limited company independently, they could end up being in line for more work and the employment agencies as we know could end up smaller in numbers with the biggest companies taking on most of the agency work out there. That&#039;s my opinion on the new Agency Worker Regulations&lt;/a&gt; and what one of the possible outcomes could be. it is going to be very interesting to see how this pans out.</description>

For example, you may mention that their core values are in alignment with your personal values you want to apply to your next career with them.
