One of the key benefits of this system is that it is pitched at entry-level payroll processors, meaning that no experience or training is required. Auto-enrolment staging date tracking remains a headache for many small employers but Sage has an in-built notification process that will guide you through preparation and perform an automatic assessment of your workers, saving you lots of time. It will also keep you informed of future statutory financial increments.

At the time of writing, prices were starting at £3 per month plus VAT for 1-5 employees, going to £5.50 a month plus VAT for 6-10 employees, and then to £8 plus vat a month for 11 to 15 employees and £26 plus vat a month for 16-25 employees.
