You can group submit your employee data using the ‘total list’ worksheet. Cut and paste or import your data. You can submit ‘name’ data if you wish, but if anonymity is needed, leave the name section blank. You can hide the name column, but don’t delete it or you will break the macro. Use the term ‘male’ and ‘female’ to denote gender or the model will not work. You must as a minimum submit data for ‘gender’, ‘hourly salary’ and ‘bonus’ for the model to work.
If you want to manually submit individual employees, you can do this via the ‘submission’ worksheet.
Submitting Your Data – Record by Record
Reporting and Verifying Data
Once you have imported/submitted your data successfully, go to the ‘dashboard’ worksheet and view your automatically calculated gender pay gap calculations and report.
