5 Human Resources Forms You Need To Manage Staff in Your Startup

1.Employment Contract (Word Format)

You are required to provide all employees with a written contract within 2 months of joining in the UK. Typicaly, you’d offer either a casual contract or zero hours if work is unpredictable but if you can guarantee regular hours, you should try are part-time or fulltime contract.
